Soar Mill Cove Hotel, Kingsbridge (Devon)

The hotel had spacious rooms, ideal for a family holiday, though the beds were a bit soft for my liking. The sloping ceilings made standing up to shave difficult. Despite being below expectations, the interconnecting doors allowed some noise to seep through from time to time.

The hotel provided a mix of experiences with clean and comfortable rooms, but some areas needing improvement like outdated decor. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, but limited dining options. The facilities were adequate but could use some updates.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with the added cozy touch of two armchairs. However, a fridge would have been convenient, and the bathroom could use an update. Strolling through the gardens to the garden rooms was a nice experience.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were excellent, very clean, and comfortable, making us feel like we had it all to ourselves. However, being next to the cafe could get noisy, especially during mornings. The large rooms were very comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have two armchairs for relaxation.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The rooms were warm and comfy with a lovely walk-in shower and two large double beds. The view of the sea from the private patio was just perfect. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely nice and pleasant, especially Sylvester and the waitresses. The location was superb, with a short walk to a stunning cove and a tranquil setting. The dining experience was delicious, setting us up well for our adventures, although a bit disappointing in some aspects. The facilities are top-notch, making me feel like I was at a luxurious resort.
